Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to transportation services arranged through Fort Lauderdale Bus Charter Service. By booking, you agree to the following.

Quotes & booking. Quotes are flat-rate and based on the date, hours, vehicle and route you provide. A reservation is confirmed once agreed; rates and availability may change until a booking is confirmed.

Overtime. If your group exceeds the booked hours, additional time is billed at the agreed hourly rate. Please keep your chauffeur informed of any schedule changes.

Alcohol & conduct. Alcohol is permitted on party buses only when every passenger is 21 or older; groups that include anyone under 21 ride strictly alcohol-free. Illegal substances are prohibited. Passengers must follow the chauffeur’s reasonable safety instructions; service may be ended for unsafe or unlawful behavior.

Damage & cleaning. The booking party is responsible for damage or excessive cleaning caused by the group beyond normal use.

Cancellations. Cancellation and deposit terms are provided at the time of booking. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.

Delays & liability. We build in buffer time and drive safely, but we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
